More About Coach Brian

I'm Brian from Mississippi and I played high school at the Piney Woods Country Life School where I was a two time team MVP, led my school to three State 2A Championships. I also was a top 50 recruit in the country in the class of 1996 along with Lester Earl, Kobe Bryant, Tim Thomas, and Mike Bibby. I played college basketball at Alcorn State University where I was the 1996-1997 Freshman of The Year. Also, I helped lead Alcorn State to two SWAC Championships as well as being invited to the Michael Jordan basketball camp in the summer of 1998 and 1999. After college, I played in Europe for four years in Germany, Norway, and Portugal afterwards I returned to my alma mater to coach under former NBA player/coach Larry Smith for two seasons.

I'm now into individual skills training and group training as well. I specialize on all skills and every position because I want kids to be able to do everything. I'm also a former juvenile detention supervision officer and I can pass any background check which is also important. I can help anyone take their game to the next level.

Coach Brian did a great job with my 13 yr. old son for our first session. His balance of instruction and drills were just what Michael needed. We will continue to work with Brian going forward.

Coach Brian was awesome! I appreciated his communication with me. He was well on time to my sons session. He provided a full hour of drills for my son. He was professional, and encouraging to my son. I would highly recommend Coach Brian!!

My son enjoyed meeting coach Brian today. He was very professional and encouraging to my son.

Brian is very passionate about the game of basketball. He understands the dedication and hard work necessary to attain success in sports. He has a heart for kids and is committed to helping kids pursue their dreams of playing basketball at the highest level they aspire to. I have known Brian for five years, and he has always talked about being an ambassador for youth basketball. He is a true student of the game, and his love for kids and dedication to developing young athletes is second to none. He is a true professional.
In all my years as a player and a coach in basketball, I've had the opportunity to work with tremendous people. I am proud to say that Brian Adams was one of those individuals. Brian is a hard and diligent worker, terrific coach, and most of all, a fantastic person. In watching him work with kids, in teaching all the various fundamentals of the game of basketball, I was very impressed. Brian is a winner. A winner with the kids he teach, and definitely a winner in life!!!! It was truly a blessing in having him on my team!!!!
