Baseball isn't just a sport, its an opportunity to learn and improve on teamwork, individual skills, and growth opportunities. I've coached baseball for over 12 years with kids ranging from 9 years old through 16 years old. I have worked extensively in the Little League organization in the Ocoee and Windermere, FL area as well as in private sessions. Being left handed provides me an opportunity to easily teach young players.

I was honored to coach multiple teams into the All Stars at the 13-16 year old levels reaching States as the highest level. Personally, I played in an adult wood bat league for 2 years recording a 3.40 ERA as a pitcher. My specialty is with left handed players since I am left handed myself, however this also provides a great opportunity for all players as they can see me as a mirror.

Typical sessions would consist of warm-up, stretching, basic conditioning, and into drill work mixed with some fun exercises. Drill work depends on the type of skill or skills the client desires to learn. For example, pitching would start with mechanics work such as towel throw, balance, proper footwork and leg usage/push techniques, hand/glove separation, and proper throw and follow through. As experience and improvements occur, new drills and techniques are introduced to improve quality of sessions.
