More About Coach Brent

I have spent nearly 2 decades of my life committed to developing either myself as an athlete or others. I have several athletes in grade school, college and current professionals.

I competed as Collegiate athlete at Southern Poly State University where I became a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2015. After college I continued my career professionally for 9 years playing in various leagues from The NBA G-League, NBL-Canada, Japan, and varies professional tours in China.

Clients can expect to enhance their overall coordination, speed, explosiveness over the course of our training. We always start with a dynamic warm-up, then we go into a wide variety of functional movements to train our core stability which will prepare the athlete for more explosive live action.

My 7 year old is loving his practices with Coach BJ. He has never been so passionate about anything like he is about basketball. He is shooting on a 10 ft goal and making moves to the basket that kids his age can’t do. Very fun to watch him.

Phenomenal coach. His ability to work with a child and teach to that child’s ability was exactly what I was looking for.
