I have coached for the Nike tennis camps at Colgate University for 4 years. I am currently the assistant coach for the men's and women's tennis team at Colgate University. I have just finished my third year as the assistant. I am also Etcheberry certified. This certification is specific in tennis conditioning and lifting

I need to know my clients level before beginning

I will incorporate a warm-up, on court conditioning, exercises(drills) on court and technical assessment. If my client is advanced I will play matches and points with them as well. If you are looking for a hitting partner I can help with that as well.
