I have one year of coaching experience at the high school level. I was an assistant on the women's JV and Varsity at Colleton County High School for the season of 2013-2014. This upcoming season I will be the head JV coach and the assistant on the Varsity for Colleton County.

I earned a full scholarship playing basketball for Kansas State University. I graduated august 2012. Through out my career as a collegiate player I experienced the NCAA tournament three times and earned team captain my junior and senior year. I also had the opportunity to play at the professional level in Spain for the 2014-2015 season. My team was very successful and we won our region championship.

In a particular session with me I would begin with a great warm-up drill. Then I would introduce the focus for that day ( ball handling, post moves, shooting etc.) I like to begin with technique first because I believe some drills will not be ran properly with out the right technique depending what it is. Although this does depend on the level of course when doing techniques and how time is required. Then after that is mastered some what the drills can begin. I believe in someone always challenging themselves. That is can be from the smallest thing to the largest. (Last week I made 21 shots in a row, this week I am determined to beat that)
