More About Coach Brandon
Currently a coach for the company Next Level Performance Basketball Training Where I have experience working multiple clinics such as shooting, dribbling and jumping. Also having experience coaching basketball academies for kids from ages 5-12 and 13- high school for the company NLP. Along with group training I also have experience with private lessons, training with kids of ALL AGES including college players.
Played High school basketball attending Dominguez High School winning a CIF championship in 2008. Transferring my junior year to Riverside King playing point guard alongside NBA pros Kawhi Leanord (Spurs) and Tony Snell (Bulls) winning CIF in 2009 finishing 30-3. 2010 as a senior I finished my high school career with a First team All-League award and teams MVP.
I then started my college career at Citrus JC finishing 32-2 with a final four appearance. After breaking the schools total assist record including single game and average after my first year, I signed a full ride scholarship to play at Humboldt State University. There I played one year before transferring to Cal State Dominguez Hills joining the men's program for two years finishing my college career.
My focus as a trainer is to teach the fundamentals of basketball in every session to start. From there we will go into detail of different skills sets focusing on Attacking the rim with a variety of moves, Pick and Roll situations, Shots off the dribble to increase shooting and ball handling, and lastly conditioning which is all keys to be successful on the court along with the mental part of the game.
