More About Coach Brandon

High School Girls Basketball Coach and Trainer: Currently, I’m the head girls basketball coach at Eastside High School in Paterson, Nj. I work with ages seven through twenty-two. This past season I led our team to its first county championship since 2016. We were also back-to-back league champions. I was the 2021 and 2022 Big North Liberty Division Coach of the year and 2022 Passaic county coach of the year. I have over ten years of coaching high school, college athletes, and middle school students. I was a varsity assistant coach for girls and boys basketball for six years. I've coached, basketball players at the high school varsity level, high-level AAU players, and NCAA level. From 2014-2017 I coached the NJ Elite boys AAU program with athletes ages 15-18. 2018-2022 I was the head coach for the 16U girls team playing on the inside exposure circuit, one of the top independent AAU circuits in the country. I was the associate head freshmen boys coach from 2013-2016 producing the schools first winning seasons in over 10 years. Our varsity team advance to the state tournament for the first time in over 20 years. Over the time I’ve had the chance to work under some amazing coaching and build my learning experience and technique. During the 2016-2017 season I was the girls varsity assistant at Queen of Peace High school where we won the state championship. Our entire varsity team earned division one scholarships. Some schools our players went to are Temple University, LSU, Manhattan College, Delaware State University, St. Peter's University, and Central Connecticut University just to name a few. I would have to say that as a coach I can give children that push, courage, as well as the knowledge needed to up in their game. I believe that my students push me within every session to become a better coach and that’s what drives me to keep going. I take pride in studying the game of basketball such as watching YouTube clips and reading books of legends from the past.

I was a four-year varsity player in high school. At Syracuse University I worked out some of the Women’s basketball players including Brittany Skyes who is currently the starting forward for the Los Angeles Sparks. As a coach, I have been named two-time conference coach of the year and the 2022 Passaic County Coach of the year.

During my sessions I will focus on Dribbling Drills, Shooting Drills, Basketball IQ, In game Situation drills to build muscle memory and well as defensive drills. Also I will work on the mental aspect of the of the game as well as mental toughness. Strength and conditioning will also be apart of the sessions. The best teacher is getting continuous reps until you have master the skill or drill. I will focus on constant reps to assist you in mastering different skills

Coach Brandon did an amazing job coaching my son Amarhi. With just a few sessions, he's looking better on the court, feeling more confident, and his progress has definitely been noticed by the coaches of his team. My son is looking forward to more sessions with Coach Brandon and I would recommend him 10/10.

Coach Brandon is a great professional basketball coach. On the first day, he analyzed my strength and weakness and told me everything that i was doing good and skills i could improve on. He is very good at explaining techniques and makes it clear that practice makes perfect. Overall, i highly recommend coach brandon to many young kids and teens trying to improve their ball plays in court and in games.

Watching session with my daughter, I can see coach is a committed instructor. He has great attention to detail and repetition. My daughter is in early stages of her basketball development, and coach is very patient and instructive. My daughter is in good hands.

What an excellent coach! Such incredible patience, kind and light hearted. He has literally helped my ‘glass half full’ son enjoy learning basketball in just TWO sessions!

Coach Brandon was awesome! He arrived on time and worked methodically with my son on various drills including ball handling, shooting and passing. He was encouraging and motivating and helped with my son’s confidence. We look forward to working with Coach Brandon weekly!

Reyansh loved the first session. Coach B was really good with him starting with basics and encouraging him all the way.

Coach Brandon is a chill coach who will help you each your goals.

Coach Bibby coached my son in AAU. Each year I saw improvement in my son's game. My son went on the play D3 basketball and had a very successful career. He just graduated this May from Clark University.
Coach Bibby has been working out with my daughter since she was in the 6th grade. When she entered high school she was a varsity starter. I know this essentially happened because of the time and effort Coach Bibby put in with my daughter.
