More About Coach Brad

I have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years now. I am certified as a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist. I have worked with, coached & trained people who are trying to lose weight, gain weight, rehab or provide the right tools athletes need to play each ones own sport. You name it: football, baseball, basketball, golf, volleyball, etc. I have trained people who the doctors they saw before they came to me needed surgery & healed them of any physical limitations they once had.

I enjoy working with people of several different age groups. I have worked with girls, boys, teenagers to senior citizens. Between training them to be their very best that they can physically I also provide nutritional guidence & structured goals they can & have reached as well.

I start most of my coaching with a introductory meeting to where myself & the client can learn about each other & what I can do for them vs. What they need me to do so that there is no confusion between the two of us. I then start with the training & if so nutritioial needs as well. Coaching /sessions run 45 minutes to one hour long. Usually meeting between 3-5 days a week for maximum results. I go over & improve during the coaching /sessions a variety of things to strength, endurance, to flexibility and coordination skills. Even after the first day majority of client base feel the difference within the first session. I want my clients to feel as if "they are in control of their bodies, to feel the best they can & to honor your body."

I played Football for two years when I was a kid in grammer school. I was the starting OLB for our team, St. John Eagles. When I got to High School I ran cross country and track in my junoir and senior years. I lettered in both sports each of my years in High School. After I graduated High School, I joined the local YMCA and starting working out. Then have since gone on to earn a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist certification through NESTA. I have been a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for the past 10 years and have proven and gone on to be on of the most respected in my profession in the Southeast,

When I first come in contact with a client, I set up a assement meeting where both them and myself come to meet one another, get to know one another and are on the same page. That way there is confussion on either part once their training sessions start.
Once Training sessions start they come in start with a 5-10 minutes cardio warmup to get their blood and body moving. We then get moving with the session itself. It goes for 30-45 minutes straight with no to very few stops along the way. Once training concludes, client then goes to do cardio, depending on what their goal is, they go for 15-30 minutes. After they are done with that, session is over for the day.

Client Reviews

With knowing Brad since High School and being friends with him on Facebook I have followed him & seen his professional progress & inspired me to better myself. I was only able to afford him for a month to help me with nutrition & a diet. But within the month I toned up, lost weight & felt better bout myself. I would recommend him to someone who needs what he help me with, even the short amount of time I was able to work with him.
When first meeting Brad through a friend who recommended him as a Trainer, we both started training & working out together with him to not only spend time together but to get in shape to strengthen, tone, tight & shape bodies we had ignored for years. With working for him for over a 2 years we made a lot of progress in those area. We would recommend him to anyone just as we were recommended to him from our good friend first.
First meeting Brad I came in to lose weight and tone up. I worked with him with personal training and him specializing a diet just for my needs for 5 mths and lost 10-12 lbs. During that process I changed shape, keeping lean muscle & more importantly burning stubborn fat. I would recommend him to anyone.
