Workouts are tailored towards each student-athletes skill-set. Specifically, focus on how to improve scoring abilities, overall skill and conditioning, shooting and being able to understand moving without the basketball.
Workout will encompass (Ball-handling, shooting, move without the ball, and finishing moves)
