I have worked with kids ,middle school, high school players. Worked at Sports Academy Sports training kids all ages. I will work with any ages mostly middle and high school.

Won a high school championship in basketball also a championship professionally overseas. I have played middle school, high school, community college, D-1 and professional basketball overseas. I graduated from USC Upstate on a basketball scholarship and also have played professional basketball for 3 1/2 years. I played in Holland, Slovakia and Germany professional. I have earned 2 Championships, Athlete of the Year etc.

First I would like to know what the player is looking to work on the most and I can help with those drills or anything he lacks. My workout will be intense and help motivate the player physically and mentally. We will work on foot work, ball handling,passing,rebounding and shooting. I focus on both drills and technique if the player already have good technique then we will look more on drills. I mostly like to start off with foot work because it's the most import thing in any sports. We will use the ladder to do different feet exercise. Then we will work on ball handling skills using chairs and cones. Passing is great to work on and it doesn't matter what position you play. We will do more shooting drills than anything depending on what the player would like to work more on.
