I predominantly coach players from 6-18 years of age. I have worked for Ursaline Academy (MA), Milton Academy (MA), and have ran many summer hockey camps for Kent State Hockey Schools (OH).

My specialty is power skating, shooting, defense, and dry land exercises.

I am the first African American female ice hockey player to play for both the CWHL & NWHL. I have captured both championships in both leagues. I helped lead Boston College's Women's team to three straight frozen four appearances graduating in 2013. I was donned the Jackie Robinson of ice hockey with an NCAA All America Honor, 4x First Team Hockey East All Star, Defenseman of the Year.

First impressions are so important. It is vital that my students trust me and my capabilities as their trainer/coach.
My job is to make YOU BETTER. I plan to work individually with you in order to make you the best that you can be.

One hour split into on ice simulation using world class equipment (skating treadmill) and off-ice training to make you the strongest, fastest, most prepared player on the ice.
