I have worked in this area for 14 years and my experiences have allowed me to use and understand many different aspects of leadership, management, programming, and wellness program planning. During the time I developed and maintained comprehensive strength and conditioning programs, administered a comprehensive year round Health Promotion program, and taught proper lifting technique, plyometrics, speed training drills, agility training, Olympic lifts, sport specific conditioning and balance training to athletes.
I have coached football, track/field, youth baseball, basketball, golf tennis, and racquet sports. In addition, I worked Olympic weight lifting programs for different organizations, evaluated test data to determine special needs, appropriate training procedures, and motivating strategies for each athlete.
