I do a player intake to find out where the athlete is in their game, their short term and long terms goals. Then I have them throw and I provide some instruction and skill work. To finish, I recommend specific drills and exercises a pitcher can work on to keep his arm healthy. Parents can participate and take notes or videotape. Based on the first session, we can discuss future visits.
