More About Coach Bilal
I have over 5 years of formal coaching experience working as the head strength and conditioning coach for Team 2Four. I have worked with many of our athletes to improve their athleticism. I have also been personal training non-athletes to their fitness goals for many years, to lose weight, prepare for special events, and improve their health. I have trained athletes as young as 7 years old up through college prep. I have personal trained people in fitness from young through seasoned individuals.
I was a standout three-sport athlete in high school, in Maryland, participating in football, basketball and track and field. After college I went on to serve my country in the United States army where I continued my personal and fitness goals and training.
A client can expect a evaluational phone call prior to their first session to assess their goals and the things they are trying to overcome. Once we have an understanding of what they want to do and how much they will dedicate to that goal, I develop a training regimen to them that consists of three broad areas: nutrition/rest, strength/conditioning, and mental and motivational development. During our sessions, a client can expect to begin the session with a review of their nutrition and home workouts for the week, and how they went. We will then go into the strength and conditioning, combined with motivation and reassurance, and close out with home workouts, and goal setting for the week.
