A typical session with me is fun, but come to work! I have played at almost every level in the country. I will use that experience to help you improve. We will work on your footwork and sharpening your general skills, but every person is different. We will talk about your goals and the way you play. I'll do everything I can to help you get to where you want to be.

Client Reviews

Training session was fantastic!!
Bilal is a great coach but he is even a better person. He has played at the highest level. Bilal had great drills and really good teaching technique. I highly recommend Bilal!!!!

B, as he likes to be called, was terrific with my son Alex who is 9. He got to know him not only by what he could do on the field, but what he is like as a person. He gets to know his athletes likes, interests, and dislikes. Having a well rounded idea of who he is working with allows him to tailor his sessions accordingly maximizing his workouts. My son immediately gravitated to him and loved his session with B. The time flew and we will def be back for more. Cant say enough about his interpersonal skills and coaching skills.

Awesome! My son had a great time and learned a lot. Bilal is very talented, patient and professional. Very good with our 8 year old son. Thanks Bilal!

My son plays on the Winchester Sachems U9 team and in the beginning of the year there became a coaching vacancy which is when Bilal stepped in to help out. The kids loved Bilal so much that when the season ended a few parents asked how we could keep this relationship growing so we banded together to make sure the kids could continue working with Bilal. Bilal has an amazing way with the young boys, they respect him a great deal and we are all thrilled to have the opportunity to coninue working with such a great coach. Bilal has tremendous knowledge of the game, great skills and is super easy to work with. We are very lucky to have him coaching our boys!

This afternoon I finished my fourth CoachUp session with Bilal. I think it is safe for me to say that he is an incredible soccer coach. Not only is he very knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of defense and fitness, but he also is an extremely kind person who shows genuine interest in the athletes he coaches. Not to sound cliché, but my sessions with Bilal have truly been transformational for me as a player, and I look forward to my session with him every week.
