More About Coach Bianca
I have trained athletes for a little over a year I started training beginner level athletes and then worked my way into training intermediate level athletes. I worked with athletes from the middle school age to the high school age. I do not have any training certifications. Although I do not have the most experience I am extremely confident in my abilities to train all types of athletes.
I made it to play in the collegiate level at Howard Payne University. Then after that I was able to train with professional athletes to always keep evolving my game any way I can.
A typical session would start out with stretches and a warm-up such as a few down and backs from 50%-100% effort. Then we would go into stationary ball handling drills, and work our way into implementing those drills into how to use them in a game situation. After ball handling we go into finishing drills while still using those combinations we had previously learned. Finally we would finish off with shooting drills.

Coach Bianca is an excellent basketball coach. She is very professional and sincere. She impressed me most by immediately connecting with my son. They trained for 8th grade tryouts. He did not make the cut but he is really upbeat about it. He wants to keep trying at it! He wants to keep going with Coach Bianca and joining a club/league. He's looking forward to his next session!
