I have been coaching Youth for nearly 8years. I won 3 Middle school league Championships with 3 different schools. Facilitated numerous amounts of one-on-one trainings and group sessions with athletes in 2nd grade all the way through college. I myself have trained alongside coaches that now coach at the NBA Level (Phil Handy, CLE Cavaliers & Damany Hendrix, TOR 905). Developing athletes is my passion, I take pride in seeking out the needs of a player and shaping goals based on that athletes abilities.

I have played at every level of basketball. I am a Chaminade University of Honolulu, Hawaii Alumni. My school is well known for hosting the biggest college pre-season tournament in the nation, The Maui Invitational. I have competed against some of the top tier programs in the nation. University of North Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, Georgetown, UCLA, and managed to get wins against University of Texas and Oklahoma.
I was 2nd Team All PAC West performer and my teams leading scorer as a Senior. I was also voted by the Chaminade Student body as "Most Inspirational Athlete."
Post Graduation I played professionally in Australia, Brazil, and China. Also had the opportunity to try out with the Portland Trailblazers, Dallas Mavericks, and Sacramento Kings G-league affiliates.

My workout out sessions vary based on the skill set of my clients. I like to build up the intensity as the workout goes on. If he/she is catching on and the drill seems to easy I will simply move on or find a way to modify my workout in order to create a challenge for the athlete. I believe in practicing at game speed so that the drills and skill work can translate into good in game habits.
Strength and conditioning is also important to me so I like to incorporate these into my training sessions as well.
Some skills that almost every one of my clients can count on working on:
*Ball Handling- 2 ball dribbling, tennis ball toss, live ball moves
*Finishing with off hand
*Footwork- Catch and shoot, triple threat moves, post moves
*Offensive breakdown.
*Form shooting
