More About Coach Bennett

I have trained athletes of all ages. From elementary school to the professional level. I typically see athletes who need basic ground level instructions, or athletes who are trying to hone their craft.

I've been blessed with the opportunity to play the game I love for 20 plus years. From high school, I've experienced small school university level to D1 college level. After college, I played professional ball with Seattle Mariners and now currently independent ball with Grand Prairie Airhogs.

Stretch routine and basic warm-up. Catch play fundamentals. Baseball grip and throwing form. Focus and concentration. Mentality and thought process of the game.
