I currently work at Performance. We prep college football players for the NFL combine. We also work with athletes of all ranges such as olympic swimmers and other professional and collegiate sports including track, lacross, football, basketball, etc, all the way to middle school athletes.

Have trained athletes to improve on sports specific movements and drills to improve eye hand coordination, reaction time, and explosiveness for the past 10 years.

Sports specific ball drills regarding ball handling, footwork and sports specific techniques to improve performance on the field.

Have done non paid internships as a strength coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars and The Bolles School for strength and conditioning for football, and University of North Florida training golf, vollyball, basketball (mens and womens), softball, track and field (mens and womens)

Coach athletes on foot turnover speed, stride length, acceleration, and improving top speed.

Each session is specifically designed to improve the athlete at their very specific needs to be successful at their sport. So, an outline is designed for the energy demans, movements, power, strength, and speed demands. So each workout, starts with a warm up that involves dynamic and static stretching, athletic movements, and conversation. (last about 10 mins) After that depending on whether the workout is on the field, court, or sports related atmosphere or the weight room, the workouts are designed to improve vertical leap, lateral mobility, agility,strength, speed and coordination. Each workout is designed to improve athletic ability while developing leadership and mental strength. (1 hour)
