Your first session with me will run through the developmentally appropriate expectations for your age. If you prefer to work on a specific area, eg. shooting, technical, fitness etc... I will put together a specific workout. Typical session, will begin with a warm up, moving into footwork with a ball, passing and receiving, body positioning, and finishing with an activity that incorporates all the above and looking at your awareness. Your next sessions will be built around the areas you want to improve in order to take your game to the next level.

Coach Ben was great! He’s well prepared, loves soccer, and was incredibly patient with my 8 and 6 year old. They are developing new skills quickly while cementing fundamentals. I highly recommend Coach Ben for young learners.

I worked with Coach Ben on my finishing and scoring. What I enjoyed the most was how he broke down every part of the session and how I can improve on the small details. We worked on my body positioning when taking shots, where i made contact with the ball - it's the small details that matter when you improving! I loved working with Ben. He's super knowledgable about the game and that definitely translates into our sessions! Highly recommended for strikers!
I've worked with Ben for a few sessions now, and I can honestly say that my confidence on the ball in tight spaces has dramatically improved. I really enjoy how he sets up the sessions with clear progressions and how all of these will help me in my games. I've never enjoyed hard, technically demanding sessions as much as I do with Ben. Highly recommended if you are a player looking to improve your game, he's a great coach and loves the sport!. I can't wait until HS season starts in the spring - all of these sessions will be worth it! Train with Ben if you can!!!!!
Coach Ben worked with my daughter Emma, who's 5. He was very patient as this was one of her first introductions to soccer. He made it fun for her with lots of small games to get her moving and keep her moving. She always had a ball at her feet. She said she loved playing and cannot wait for the next time. I'd highly recommend Coach Ben, especially if you have a young child who is just getting started. He is very knowledgable and is always willing to go the extra step!
I’ve had multiple training sessions with Ben over the last couple years. Having played soccer all my life, I’ve only ever met a handful of people who are genuinely two footed. Ben is one of those people. Being ambidextrous, he is able to guide you to improve technique and touch with both feet. You can learn both from observing him play with both feet, and his coaching methods that are tailored to helping you become a well rounded player. His drills are very quick tempo drills, that seem simple, but can be enjoyable and get quite difficult throughout the session. I’d describe Ben’s personality and coaching methods as Simple, effective, well rounded, balanced, and very detailed/thorough.
