A session with me is typically broken up into 6 categories. Athletic performance, ball mastery, passing, dribbling, and shooting. The athletic performance section consists of sprints, jumping, or agility drills depending on what the athlete needs. Ball mastery includes getting lots of touches on the ball or juggling to increase comfort and skill on the ball. In the passing and dribbling sections, we work on athlete specific needs. This could be checking their shoulder, passing and dribbling technique, or body shape. The shooting section is where the athlete gets in front of goal. We practice and talk through different techniques and situations that the athlete may find themselves in during competition.
