Recent college graduate, I was a full scholarship Athlete at Dowling college. I then played a post graduate year at Suny Purchase we won our division conference and I participated in the NCAA tournament. I'm currently a full time head coach at Riverdale country.

Initial workouts will begin with a brief warm-up and stretch period. Following that I will ask the student about their strengths and weaknesses as player. The objective of this conversation is to find out exactly how I can help the student reach their maximum potential. Once I acquire enough information about my student, I begin by implementing drills that will target their needs.
