More About Coach Bec

I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and a Certified Functional Trainer Specialist through the International Fitness Professional Association. I currently work full-time at Fusion Gyms as a Personal Trainer. I am also a soccer trainer for multiple age groups at PA Rush.

I played travel soccer for 5 years and continued to play throughout high school. I attended Temple University where I played soccer at the intramural level.

I would begin by finding out an athlete's goals and any limitations they may have. For fitness goals, such as weight loss, I would include high-intensity interval exercises into the session, along with strength-training. For sport specific goals, I would incorporate mobility and stability exercises, along with balance and core, strength and endurance exercises. I would also include sport conditioning and sport performance exercises into each session. I try to make each session fun and exciting, so I will be doing different exercises and drills each session.
