Personal and group workout sessions consist of
- fundamentals
- ball-handling
- proper shooting techniques
- footwork
- 1 on 1 methods
- neuromuscular conditioning
- Offensively, players will build habits that are translatable to game-like situations. Players will understand how to be most crafty while making moves to the basket using the least amount of dribbles as they can. Players will understand how to see the court making the correct play for their team. The objective on offense is to get to the basket as quickly as possible. Players will receive specific instruction for any given situation throughout the course of a game.
- Defensively, players will learn how to defend in the athletic ready stance using proper footwork and physicality.

My son's first training class with Coach Barrett was on Monday and today is Thursday and he is still sore! Coach Barrett worked him out for a full hour and showed him new basketball tricks. He is a positive coach and he really encouraged my son to set goals for himself and to not give up because anything is possible. We are definitely looking forward to our future sessions with Coach Barrett!

After just a few sessions I have noticed a noteable improvement in my son's ball handling skills thanks to Coach Barrett. His training is hands on and his drills really force a athlete to think about what they are doing to avoid game time lapses.

I have a happy pre-teen again!!! After a summer of working with a league where one practice per week was given and then a game, we realized that little individualized attention would be available and I watched the glimmer for basketball leave the eyes of my son. Today I saw it come back!!! After one session with Coach B (we've nicknamed him already) I could see the difference and my son could feel it! HE WAS ABSOLUTELY, FANTASTICALLY PATIENT!!!!
