Coach Barb has been working with fitness and weight loss clients with JJ Ultimate Sports Training for five years and year-round youth Track Coach with Run Speed Performance for four years.
Barb hold's the Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Weight Loss Specialist and CPR certified and is also a USATF Level I Certified Coach
Coach Barb has numerous years of personal experience in weight-loss and toning. She currently works with fitness and weight-loss clients by incorporating running and weights.
She currently coaches year-round track athletes from six years old to adult.
Coach Barb instructed Water Aerobics and water fitness classes throughout college. She was a summer youth swim instructor and coach for several years.
Coach Barb has run numerous 5k and 10k races with PR's in each race. She currently runs and trains for health benefits. incorporating a lot of focus on proper technique and mechanics.
She holds the USATF Level I Coaching Certification and NASM Weight Loss Fitness and Cooper Institute Personal Training Certification.
She swam for fitness and health benefits for several years.
She was the summer youth program Director and swim coach during college. She taught swim lessons and managed a natatorium for several years during high school and college.
