I am the head coach of my own Academy "Orlando Hit & Throw". I work with athletes from 5 years old to professional players, I am certified as international coach and currently studying for becoming a sport psychologist.
I was a student athlete in Venezuela and I was in the baseball team, where I become a agronomy engineer. After college I play professionally fast pitch softball for 6 years, where I had the chance to compete on high levels of competition.
I start with evaluating the physical condition of the athlete, and the I proceed to focus on mechanisms, coordination, and the mental part of the game. And figure their weaknesses so I can work from it and get better and stronger on those skills
