I worked for the university of Louisville men's basketball team for 3 years as a Graduate Manager. There I helped with practice, drills, team workouts and game prep. I coached High school basketball for 5+ years. I have trained basketball players for the last 8 years aging from middle school to college. I have my masters in exercise physiology with a concentration in athletic strength and conditioning. I currently coach at Rosehill Christian School as a Varsity Coach.

I have been an athletic my whole life. Played basketball all the way through high school. In college I worked for the university of Louisville men’s team under hall of fame Coach Rick Pitino.

During the session we would first start with a dynamic warm up. Make sure the athlete is ready to perform all that is asked during the training session. Footwork and coordination are important aspect of training. We would then start with dribbling drills and a shooting progression. Then we would start doing drills based on what the client is looking to achieve.
