Initial skate will be an overview and assessment of your current skills. I'll introduce myself and introduce and overview of what to look for and plan for the future. Throughout our time together we'll mainly focus on skating, skills, and most importantly how you read and understand the ice for game scenarios.
I will adjust my plans around what YOU want to work on. I can also provide feedback and recaps of our sessions, with tips to work on at home.
