I've trained and coached basketball layers for five years. I've played for 15. I've coached anywhere from 5-19 years of age. I have been coaching at Miami Killian HS for the past 3 seasons and work with that age group plenty.

I was MVP of the varsity team at Miami Killian HS in 2010 and 2011. I received honorable mention both my junior and senior year. I turned down college hoops to peruse my dream of coaching.

A client can definitely expect to be pushed for an entire session. I am intense and feel it makes the players better and work harder. Drills are revolved around strength and speed. Plenty of great drills I have from over the years.
