More About Coach Austin
I have provided private lessons to middle school-aged children, as well as I was a Student Manager for the University of Minnesota Men's basketball team. I've played basketball and been around it my whole life and would like to share my love of the game with others and help others find their passion for it.
I played basketball my whole life from the age of 4 all the way through high school varsity. I did not compete at the collegiate level but was around D1 athletes and coaches during my time as a Student Manager for the University of Minnesota Men's team. I currently play recreationally, but am looking to get into the coaching game!
I believe in creating tailored sessions based on the athlete's skill level and desired goals. As a general overview, we would begin with warmup activities, get into more skill-based and specific drills, and typically end with a game. Every student needs a custom plan based on their skillset so that would be created based on the student's needs.
