More About Coach Aseel

I am an NASM certified trainer and I also have a Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification. I was the Master Trainer at Crunch Fitness (the third most successful Crunch in terms of personal training in the entire nation) as well as a gymnastics coach at Azarian Gymnastics which is headed by a former gold medalist Olympian. I was also in charge of conducting various bootcamp style classes at Crunch. My specialties are fat loss, hypertrophy, and conditioning, but I have worked with a range of different kind of clients with different body types and goals so I am very comfortable with all kinds of people :)

I wrestled for 3 years where I was undefeated for the last season, and went on to win the league championship. Due to an injury right after league, my wrestling career stopped there. Much later I started practicing MMA. I also practiced parkour and gymnastics recreationally. Through out all that, I have a total of 6 years of weightlifting and fitness experience :)

Because no one client is the same, the session style will highly depends on your goal. First session will consist of me first getting to know you and spending some time talking to you about your history and goals, as well as taking basic measurements. The second session will consist taking your first set of monthly measurements which will consist of weight, body fat %, circumference measurements, endurance and strength assessments, and any other assessments that would suit your goals. For there I will have enough information to devise a very specified workout plan which we will use for every session following :)

My name is Angela and I have been working with Aseel as my trainer for about a year now. I will say I have had trainers in the past that did a good job but the level that Aseel pushes me has exceeded any other trainer I have in the past. He focus’ on what your strengths and weakness’ are, for example I use to do gymnastics and he now incorporates that into my work out, only what I can handle along with the basic (but extreme) training work outs. He is a trainer that truly cares about your health not just for the present but the future as well. He has also helped with my posture which was causing me major back pains, working with him and my chiropractor they were able to teach me what to do to avoid further injury. I have a bad hip and he has been able to successfully give me an intense workout without causing damage or pain to that hip. I feel better about my body figure now than I have in years, he pushes me to want to do better. As I only see him once a week now, he motivates me enough to workout away from him all the other days of the week along with eating a healthy and balanced diet.
Aseel is my absolute favorite! Aseel introduced himself to me as a Personal Trainer and was extremely personable. I also saw him training someone and it looked like a good tough workout. He has me doing a lot of strength training and doesn't treat me like I'm a 44-year old woman, which I love!!! Ive received several compliments on my legs (particularly my calves) and on my arms as they are starting to look toned. I'm very happy with Aseel and highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
It wasn’t until June of last year that I decided to give personal training try. I had never tried personal training before. As you can imagine, I was a little hesitant to try it. However, from the moment I met Aseel, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better.
