I have been coaching for the past 7 years at the collegiate, high school, and youth level. I have coached travel ball for the youngest being 8 years old, to professional athletes 25+.

I played 4 years at the collegiate level and 2 years professionally in the LMB(Mexican League).
Earned a Gold Glove in (2013) Rawlings ABCA West Region in Junior College
Was a First Team-All Conference for 3 years Earned First Team- All Southern California
All-American in the NCCAA

All athletes are different so I customize my workout for whatever athlete and age group I am working with. We first start with a short consultation to get to know the athlete and know what their goals. Once I know what they want to work on, I will customize the workout for the athlete. I focus on proper movements and teaching the athlete how to sequence the movements. My goal is to teach body awareness to help the athlete make adjustments even after the workout. Every athlete understands different terminology, so we focus on verbal cues the client will understand. My specialty is catching, hitting, in fielding, pitching, baserunning, speed/agility, and strength/conditioning.
