More About Coach Ariel

Aside from having played for over 15 years, I have coached several girls softball teams aged 7-12. I am willing to work with any athlete that is willing to better themselves as a softball player. I have a degree in athletic training, so along from skill, I am educated in injuries associated with improper form and overuse.

I have competed on recreational teams, summer competitive teams, exposure teams, varsity high school team, as well as competed at the D-1 college level. I have played for teams that have won several state championships, world championships a high school team that broke state records, as well making conference team in high school. I have competed in Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, as well Illinois, to name a few.

A typical session with me with focus on specific skills in necessary for the athlete. If just a general, all-inclusive session, a session will include stretching, warm up exercises, throwing progressions, field work, batting, and base running. Each section of the session will involve different drills and focus on certain techniques and repetition.

Coach Ariel has been by far the best personal softball trainer my daughter has had ever! After three sessions my daughter went from bench to starting....I would highly recommend!!!!

Coach Ariel was great with my 9 year old, lots of drills and coaching and very organized. My daughter loved her and she learned a lot about being a catcher, SS and hitting.
