My training process is a unique event: I use gravity-based methods for instant gains in strength, speed, and injury prevention for athletes of all levels. (Ages 17-80).
I’ve trained boxers who went on to compete at the professional level and win titles under major organizations such as WBC and WBO. While I did not compete at the collegiate or pro level myself, my focus has been on developing elite athletes and helping them reach championship status through advanced, result-driven methods.
A typical session with me begins with analyzing the athlete’s physical and technical abilities. I tailor the program based on their current level and goals. We start with fundamental drills and gradually move into specific exercises focused on full-body coordination—not just the hands. Boxing is a whole-body discipline, and I emphasize using gravity-based techniques to generate power and speed efficiently.
I also dedicate time to theory and biomechanics, helping the athlete deeply understand the true foundations of boxing. I work with a structured plan, not just for one or two sessions. When an athlete comes to me with a goal, we work together—as a team—to reach it. My approach is professional, strategic, and fully personalized.
