I’m a USAT Level 1 certified coach with over 2 years of coaching experience. I specialize in preparing athletes for their first triathlon, as well as Half and Full Ironman distances.
As an athlete myself, I’ve raced across multiple distances and in a wide range of conditions—from fast flat courses to challenging hilly races—so I understand the demands of each event and help my athletes prepare both physically and mentally.
Whether you're just starting or chasing a big goal, I’ll create a smart, structured training plan to guide you to the finish line with confidence.
I have extensive race experience across a variety of conditions and distances — from sprint triathlons to full IRONMAN races. I've competed in open water swims in rivers, lakes, and the ocean, as well as road marathons and half-marathons. Over the years, I’ve earned multiple age group podium finishes in long-distance triathlons.

Each session starts with a warm-up to prepare the body for the workout. Next, we focus on the technical part, working on improving swimming technique. The main set includes various drills to develop strength, endurance, and speed. Finally, the session ends with a cool-down to relax the muscles and prevent injuries.
