My sports background is Track and Field. NESTA Personal Fitness Training Certification, CPR AED and First Aid Certified, USA Track and Field Level 1 Coaching Certification, Currently the Assistant Women's Track Coach at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC NASM Foundation of Health and Fitness Certification, Thompson Education Direct Nutrition and Fitness Diploma, Associate Degree in Exercise Science. I coach sprinting for the 60m-200m dashes. I am a Professional Athlete training for World Championships and The 2016 Olympic Games. I was a former Head High School Track and Field Coach for LREI ( Little Red Elisabeth Irvin High School in Manhattan, NY from 2006-2009). I was a former assistant Track and Field coach to the Red Hook Striders in Brooklyn NY 2010-2011. I have over 11 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer.

I can't ask for a better trainer.. The workouts was high impact and very fun... I had to train with Antoinette 6am it was worth it.. She help correct my posture and form.. My arms gained muscle tone.

One year and nine months ago I became a member of LR for two reasons: one to get in shape, and two... the main reason to be with my best friend. As time went on I wanted to cancel my membership but also I wanted lose weight. Unfortunately, I didn't know how to effectively begin.  I'd see woman taking classes and decided I'd try until one day I seen this intense looking trainer. Members would come out of her class looking dizzy, drained, discolored, but yet happy and could not wait for her next class. In my head I was like I will never be that crazy. But at the same time I knew she had to be good. Time went on...signs were up offering Boot Camp classes. I was tempted until I seen the same intense trainer teaching this Boot Camp class. And I quickly said no way...not gonna happen. However, I shook off the jitters....sat in on a class and was immediately drawn in to take the next classes offered. This was since July 2014 and I've signed up every month since. It has always been rather hard for me to find a trainer that I can trust. And over the past year I've been able to establish a trust in Antoinette Padilla. Antoinette has a passion for what she does. So therefore, she has a passion for awesome results for all clients she trains. She's patient and willing to work with each client individually, in a group setting. She is ever so willing to work with you and understands your needs....as long as you speak up. If she asks, are you in any pain which is not significant? And you say "Yes". Her response is "Pain is good". I'm happy with my pain.....for the past year. Pain (to me) = results
I met my trainer Antoinette in 2014 because I had to do something about my diabetes. I was on Insulin injections, blood pressure pills and early renal failure. I was training with her from day 1 and within the first 90 days I lost 30lbs. When I returned to my doctor he took me off all my medicine and said ‘Great job! I never had to do this before.’ With continued nutrition and exercise with my trainer my total weight loss is 120lbs. I have new lease on life. Thank you
I started working with Antoinette about two and a half years ago. After having a baby four years ago it was very hard for me to lose weight. The first time she trained me I knew she would help me become confident in myself again, and that's exactly what she did. She helped me lose 30 pounds in just months of training with her. I learned how to control myself when it comes to food. She has pushed me to make a change in my life, that the gym is now my second home. I have been taking training sessions with Antoinette for almost 2 years, and am very happy with the results! Antoinette is very professional, her training skills are superb, and she is always very attentive to the client's needs.
