The session will begin with a light warmup and stretch. It will then progress into a dribbling and footwork exercise to help the feet get warmed up as well. We will then move to a passing exercise focusing on trapping and passing the ball. We will then combine the dribbling and passing exercise and try to make it more game-like. We will finish the session with some shooting and ways to finish off offensive movements.

My son really connected with Antoine which makes for an enjoyable session. Antoine came prepared for the session, and was easily able to adapt when he saw the skill level my son was at. Look forward to additional sessions.
