Antoine Allen

I have over 10 years of experience coaching and training throughout my basketball career. I have coached all ages from 3-14 yrs old. Also coached and trained collegiate and professional athletes. I have coached athletes and trained clients all over the world such as Spain and Czech Republic. I generally train kids 3-17yrs old. I believe those are the most important years to learn the fundamentals of basketball.

My high school career included accolades such as First Team All Metro for Sophomore and Junior year, a 48-3 record in Junior and Senior year, and Baltimore Player of the Year for Senior year. I then attended University of Miami Hurricanes on full athletic scholarship where I played Guard, & was Team Captain. I also was the First Freshman to make All ACC Academic Team. I Finished my collegiate career at the University of South Alabama Jaguars where I was
- Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week (recurring)
- Naismith Award Player of the Week (recurring)
- 11th All Time in made 3’s
After I then went to play professionally in overseas for 3years.
Ive played in Barcelona, Madrid, Czech Republic.

A client will expect to Elevate themselves to another level. I know what it takes to be successful but also understand the game is not just all the about the physical but majority mental. I will focus on the fundamentals of their game first then build from there. Not only will you elevate as player I look to instill good habits and toughness. I'm a firm believer that conditioning is a key element to becoming the athlete you wish to be.
