I'm currently playing semi pro basketball for the Rockville Victors. I have been a certified personal trainer (strength and fitness) through ISSA for over 4 years. I'm currently training at Lincoln Park Community Center(City of Rockville). I train with the after-school program and clients that's sign up through the community center for sessions. I have been running 3day @ 2hrs each day training camps for semi pro basketball team Rockville Victors for since 2012.

I played professional basketball overseas in Germany for 1year. I still play semi pro basketball for the Rockville Victors in the APBL.
A client can expect a great challenging workout geared toward their strengths and weaknesses. My primary focus is making the client better, by improving their speed, strength, and agility. Incorporating ball handling, shooting, and mental toughness. A training session with me will go as follows. Warm up, stretch(5-10min) ball handling drills(7min), sprints with push ups, burpees to end the drill, next we go into catch and shoot from 7 spots(20min), sprints with jump squats, abs to end drill. Next I will incorporate dribbling with shooting(15min), free throws 7attempts to make 5 or we end the drill with sprints, next we work on the latter and hurdles before we end the training, cool down and stretch...
