More About Coach Anthony
I have coached a number of junior and adult athletes, ranging from the ages of 10 to adult. A former NCAA Division II Lacrosse Athlete, I have coached both lacrosse and soccer, in the metro Boston area. I was a volunteer coach for the U11 Charlestown Lacrosse Program and have coached junior athletes, in both lacrosse and soccer. I believe coaching youth athletes can yield the greatest rewards, as the athletes mature into adult athletics, the lessons learned on training, values and respect for the sport are everlasting. I continue to train and develop results driven programs, resulting from the study of different training techniques and my relationships with professional athletes.
I was a member of the Bentley University Division II lacrosse program. A leader of the team, I was a defensive midfielder with a special focus on faceoffs. I continue to play in various competitive adult soccer leagues and train with professional boxers, hockey and soccer players. Most recently, I was an interim CFO for a Serie A soccer team in Rome, Italy, acquired by a Boston investor group, including a minority owner of the Boston Red Sox.
Typical 60 minute session includes: Conditioning, Agility, and Balance drills. Repetition of proper athletic form, as it relates to shooting, passing, filed positioning, ground balls, hitting, and faceoffs. Explanation of benefits of conditioning, athletic technique and the break-down of drills and exercises to practice, in order to excel in the role the athlete wishes to master or grow into.

Tom McInerney (Testimonial)
Anthony was great with my two young nephews. He captured their attention and broke down the drills in a simple fashion, in order to make them understand the purpose of the drill and allow them to practice them at home and improve their passing, shooting and faceoffs. The kids had a blast and were inspired.
