mimic every NBA player moves on
my 5 foot Nerf basketball court striving for greatness has been my daily goal.i

boy's jv/varsity where we've won the
championship the past few year's,i also coach an Aau travel ball team for NBA champion Paul Pierce Nike Team called The Truth.i have a youth Academy called destined for greatness, which helps out young men and women better themselves on and off the court. I played basketball professionally in Canada, also in the Wcbl, ABA, IBL and a stint in the NBDL..Currently I have my A-Game Athletics training program which stands for Achieving Goals and Maintaining Excellence,We specialize in strength,conditioning,speed and agility.Overall Basketball development Such as ball handling, shooting, defense,rebounding,correct lay up form, Court IQ, awareness and much more once player's work up to the advanced level. I have Played in Canada in the O.P.B.A where I got my nickname light's out, because I am such an accurate shooter.i also played in the Wcbl where I made the allstar team,The Aba,and a brief stint in the NBA development league.

My clients can expect to start with pure fundamentals!fundamental principles are key to a players development and overall success.Player's can expect fast and lasting results from each session.I will also alternate from on court work to on the field with speed and agility.I focus on mechanics a lot, to make sure my clients are using proper form and technique with every rep.I use combine like drills to develope coordination, repetition,conditioning,shooting consistany.i use speed ladders, parachute,hurdles,jump ropes,resistance harness,and more to build speed and agility, first step improvement, and lateral speed for defending quick players.
