I have mentored pitchers at the high school level and below, either through their high school coaches, or through baseball camps. I have worked with pitchers at Calvert Hall, North Harford High School, and Essex Community College.

Former All-Metro starting pitcher at Calvert Hall, pitched in college at Xavier University. Also part of a baseball exchange program and got to pitch in a tour of Japan.

Focus on mechanics. I believe that if a pitcher's mechanics are good, velocity and accuracy follow. Once the mechanics are smoothed out we can move on to specific pitches and how to throw them effectively and also how to work specific hitters.
