I have been coaching and training for the last 6 years. All the way from 8 year olds, just learning the game, to 18 year olds about to play college basketball!

Varsity Highschool player, who then went on to play at a junior college, then finished at a private D1 University. Known for shooting and scoring the ball at a pro level!

First I need to asses and find the athletes main weakness. We will always focus on that more than what he or she is already good at! Then based off size and strengths we will chip away at the grind! I like to focus on one main thing during sessions so the reps and what we worked on is more imbedded. Mainly focus on; triple threat and jab step, shooting(form and speed), playmaking(ball handling and passing), finishing at the rim and through contact. And last but not least footwork!
