There are not many people who exhibit the talent to coach a handful of 8&9 year olds.... especially at one time. It takes true dedication and love for the sport to make it all worth it in the end. Myles has been in baseball since the early age of two and has only missed one season..... he has had three different coaches along the way and each one had their own coaching styles. Now your wondering why I make this point. Well out of all the coaches Myles has had over the last few years, coach Anthony is the BEST one by far. He has taken the time to help out each player including Myles on the SMALL things to help him grow as a player. Coach sees the potential he has and knows the right time to push him to do his absolute best. I stand behind your coaching skills and I'm all for hard work and the results in the end. You are a GREAT coach and truly exude the love for the game. I can see all the hard work you have put into these boys and the team. I know the boys work hard to make you proud. We have had a great season with Coach Anthony! Noah came in being the youngest kid on the team (6 years old) and grown so much as a baseball player. If I had one word to describe Coach Anthony it would be passionate! He is very knowledgeable and has a lot to teach the boys. Know before you come in that with a passionate Coach there will be sweat and tears from the boys but at the end of the day you know that he loves these boys the game and you see the results. This past month I have seen improvement not only in Talan, but in the team overall. At each practice and game, the team is driven to succeed, learn from their mistakes, and to never give up. I’ve witnessed coach Anthony take a player aside and correct improper hitting, fielding and/or catching. The team’s skills have drastically improved over a short amount of time. Coach Anthony implements discipline, structure and respect into each practice. The love he has for the game is obvious as he communicates to the players. Coach instills into the players to not only respect authority figures such as other coaches, but to respect each other. He encourages the players to communicate with each other and to cheer their fellow teammates on. We are happy that Talan has been afforded the opportunity to join a team with a solid foundation and a coach that will continue to challenge the players to thrive in baseball and life.

I had the pleasure of having Anthony Carmona coach my son for the 2017 Spring 8u coach pitch season with the Rangers, and for two past season tournaments as the Real Side. Coach Anthony saw potential in my son and never looked back. Coach Anthony's approach allowed every player the opportunity to play their best. My son entered this Season having never played any sport. He had self confidence issues, that he masked with anger. Since working with Coach Anthony, Alan now sees himself as apart of something bigger than himself. He wants to really succeed, not just for himself, but for his team...and his Coach. Coach Anthony showed each player that success is measured by how much effort you put into the task; nothing is given freely, you have to work on yourself to be better then you were yesterday. I am truly blessed that Coach Anthony traded to get my son on his team, and Alan and I hope to follow him as long as we are able to.
