Owner and general manager of American Top Team West Palm Beach MMA and CrossFit. I have 10 years experience in teaching Kickboxing, Fitness Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Strength and Conditioning and CrossFit. I welcome training at my facility or I can come to your home if needed. As a coach I have experience with adults and children of all experience levels from someone who has never exercised to professional athletes. Sessions are based around a client's personal goals. If someone is looking to be a competitor we focus on technique and drilling those techniques, increasing intensity as the session continues. If someone is looking to get in better shape I use techniques in a fitness based routine that is never the same two days in a row. Most of all, we have as much fun as possible.
