More About Coach Anna
I have a degree in Exercise Science as well as a certification through NASM in personal training. Currently strength and conditioning coach as well as cross country and track and field coach.
In addition to my personal training, I hold a Level 1 Running Coach Certification through USATF. I am a sprinting coach for two schools in the Maryland and Virginia area.
Your session will be designed based on your fitness goals. You will take a fitness assessment prior to your plan being created. Many of the workout programs are HIIT (High intensity interval training) sessions that can be done anywhere you would like. (home or gym)
