Session plan is individually tailored to each athlete.

I am a firm believer in mastering fundamentals and will always start by reviewing basic mechanics—grip, stride, arm rotation, footwork, & release. We will also work through velocity, accuracy, control, consistency, as well as graduate to developing different pitches.

Each session will incorporate physical drills, strength & conditioning, mental game exercises, as well as fun activities designed to help each athlete reach her full potential. Each athlete will also walk away with a defined practice plan for what they can work on at home/on their own.

First lesson but taught my daughter the fundamentals to start practicing on her own! Very nice but gets down to the lesson and makes the time productive!

Excelent coach. Liked the way she connected with my daughter, Angie talks/trains in a very clear and simple way so (in this case my 11 year old daughter) kids can understand her and also asks for instant acknowledgement of instructions. Last but not least, she's improving and twiking what my daughter brought to the plate, and not completely changing the way she pitches.
Could not be more happy, looking forward our following sections.

Coach Angie is an amazing coach. She responds almost immediately. I’ve only had one session so far, but she knows what she’s doing. For my session she wanted to see how well I field and bat and from there she told me what I needed to improve and told me what I did good in. In all, if you want to improve your softball skills, I would recommend you to her.

I would recommend Coach Angie to my friends.

Coach Angie was great. My daughter is on the shy side. Angie was very professional, knowledgeable, energetic, and personable. A+

I enjoyed my session with Coach Angie. She did a nice job of getting a feel for what I want to accomplish, assessing my current performance, and outlining an approach to reach my goals. She knows her subject, is patient, and does a nice job of offering her students constructive feedback, stretches to perform before pitching, and ways to establish good habits. She also takes video of your session so you can see what you are doing well or not so well - a good way to objectively provide feedback and note progress over time. I recommend working with Coach Angie.

Coach Angie was such a great coach and I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dedicated trainer! After one lesson I had learned so many new skills and so many new strategies while pitching. The next few days when i had my softball game, I could see instant change. Coach Angie got straight to the point and didn't waste any time. We got straight to the lesson and even though i had only taken one lesson, I was able to learn so much. A really great coach and a great first lesson!!

Love her after only one session! Definitely knows what she is talking about

Coach Angie was great! I wanted help with my throwing and she broke down the necessary steps and helped me with each one. I would recommend Coach Angie enthusiastically.
