More About Coach Angela
I’ve recently been able to coach at Charolette Independence Soccer Club at the Youth level. I am a head coach for a u12 girls team and also a coach for players that range from 8-5 years old. I normally am use to working with the ages between 12-16 years old. But love working with all different ages.
I’ve played at all levels during my youth years. I have played highschool and also academy. I made records for my highschool and throughout my home state. I currently play at Wingate University in North Carolina.
A client can expect from a typical session to be intense and very well planned out specifically for the client. I like to focus on quickness of play, confidence on the ball, also creativity to goal. I would start with a dynamic warm up , then lead on with a passing drill to warm up the muscles and get out the first few touch errors. Then go onto the session plan which will be technical feet work such as cone drills but also incorporate a lot of movement to get the body tired. Once we finish the technical technique drills. We move onto finishing which will require the client to focus more and will trigger more of a muscle memory reaction. Finally end with recovery stretch which is the most important part as an athlete.
