More About Coach Angel
I am a NASM CPT and I have experience with highschool basketball. I have minimal coaching experience as I have helped people around the park with their jump shots and showing layup drills. My skills alone prove that I am capable of training others. I am more geared towards personal training as a strength and conditioning specialist. I will help athletes put on size or lose some weight as that is guaranteed. I have all sorts of programs for those that seek a certain type of workout. This is a serious business because it’s all about my client reaching new heights and breaking plateaus. I program based off of carry over to the sport or for simple bodybuilding. I can coach anywhere. I work with all age groups and I prefer to coach at parks, gyms , or houses. My main aim is to have fun and progress without wasting any time.
I played basketball in highschool and I learned the importance of dedication and knowing your role. I was a point guard as a freshman on frosh but I got injured and stopped playing. I am good at switching and tempo and I would consider myself a lethal shooter especially behind the three point line. My strengths are in exercise. I am fast and strong and will help others get to my level. I am a certified trainer and that was my biggest accomplishment. I seek to use that for other peoples benefit. With that certification I can tailor workouts to your sport specifically basketball boxing or bodybuilding. I am very passionate and willing to dedicate myself to whatever client wants to improve.
A session with me is tailored to what you need and will guarantee you to break plateaus in strength. A typical workout starts with a dynamic stretch for range of motion. Then we work on warmups specified for your sport. The warm up usually consists jumping jacks and burpees but it depends. Then we move onto athletic strength exercises whether it is an explosive push-up variation or an agility exercise. It will mainly consist with calisthenics along with grip training for wrist strength. Like I have mentioned earlier it completely varies to what sport you play or what your goals are.
