Group lessons start with a line up, introduction and overview of the lessons. Warm up ( laps, stretch, running exercises after depends on a level and age group. Mostly warm up on a have court, different variety of drills, depends on the level. Disablement thru out the whole lesson. Technique is being showed individually and slowly, improving step by step. Different variety of games is placed in the end of the lesson. Modern equipment is being used thru out the whole lesson.
